The Poconos Playhouse is our three-story, 3600 sq ft single family home on over an acre that offers a quiet getaway and has room for everyone to enjoy. (Max 12 guests – 2 Dogs permitted)

Mini Split in Basement. • We welcome up 2 dogs per stay with a non-refundable $150 pet fee per dog per stay – no other animals permitted. For the comfort & safety of all, dogs must be housebroken and crated when alone. Guests will need to provide proof of current vaccinations for each dog prior to stay.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home during your stay. Please note that guest access is not permitted to the 1 locked storage closet (upstairs) in the Primary Suite and Garage.
Self Check in to the property is via a personalized door code to our smart lock which is provided 2 days prior to arrival.

Please remember that you are staying at a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and if any problems arise, we will do our best to take care of the problem as soon as possible. Note that there is no one living on site.
Self check-in is via a personalized door code sent to your smart lock 2 days prior to arrival. You will have private access to the entire home for the duration of your stay.
Guests bringing dogs must provide proof of current vaccinations prior to the stay. Dogs must be fully housebroken and crated when no guests are present. Pet fees apply per dog per stay and are non-refundable.
